Billy plays a key role in establishing the foundation and culture of the league. This position focuses on maintaining the original mission of providing a safe, positive, and competitive environment for youth athletes while supporting long-term development and community engagement.

Brian leads and oversees coach development, selection, training standards, and on-field operations. This role ensures practices and games are organized, safe, and development-focused while maintaining consistency across teams and delivering a positive game-day experience for players and families.
